DISCOUNTED ROOM RATE $179, plus tax for single or double occupancy.
When making your reservation, you must say you are attending the IMF Patient & Family Seminar.

There are a limited number of discounted hotel rooms reserved for the IMF. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Once these rooms have been booked, the discounted room rate will no longer be available.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME Check in is at 3 pm.
Check-out is at Noon
PARKING

There is a public parking garage located diagonally across from the hotel. Daily maximum is $30. Valet parking only is available at the hotel at a rate of $45 per day.

AIRPORTS

(“SFO”) San Francisco International Airport
About 20-30 minutes from hotel.

TRANSPORTATION
FROM/TO AIRPORT

Taxis typically run about $38-45 plus tip

Airport Express (415-775-5121) is $16 per person. Call them at 973-912-4747 in advance to make a reservation.

BART runs to the airport, so people can get onto BART from within the airport itself. Currently, SFO to Powell Station (about 3 blocks from the hotel) is $5.35. http://www.bart.gov/tickets/calculator/index.aspx

SEMINAR COSTS:

We are happy to announce that, thanks to additional pharmaceutical support, we have been able to reduce our prices for the Patient & Family seminars.

$60 for Package A: Includes Friday Half-Day Seminar, Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner, and Saturday All-Day Seminar

$30 for Package B: Saturday All-Day Seminar only, no Friday Welcome Dinner
