When making your reservation, you must say you are attending the IMF Patient & Family Seminar.

There are a limited number of discounted hotel rooms reserved for the IMF. They are available on a first come, first served basis. Once these rooms have been booked, the discounted room rate will no longer be available.
CHECK-IN/OUT TIME Check in is at 3pm.
Check-out is at Noon
PARKING

Unfortunately there is no self-parking.

Discounted Valet Day Parking is $12.

Discounted Overnight Parking is $25 per night, charged to individual’s room bill.

AIRPORTS

There are two airports that service Houston:

  • Hobby Airport (“HOU”) is smaller, but closer (about 20 minutes from hotel

  • Bush International (“IAH”) is larger, but farther away (about 40 minutes from hotel)

Taxi cabs from HOU run about $22 flat rate plus tip.

Taxi cabs from IAH run about $44 flat rate plus tip.

Texan’s Super Shuttle from HOU runs about $18 per person plus tip.

Texan’s Super Shuttle from IAH runs about $22 per person plus tip.

SEMINAR COSTS: $85 for Package A: Includes Friday Half-Day Seminar, Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner and Saturday All-Day Seminar

$50 for Package B: Includes Saturday All-Day Seminar only, no Friday Welcome Dinner
DEADLINES

Register by Friday, February 23, 2007 to receive 20% discount on seminar registration fee.
