· Previously untreated active myeloma

CONCLUSIONS
·
Response rates are high in high-risk, newly
diagnosed myeloma patients
·
The regimen was well tolerated with the
most common AEs being
myelosuppression, fatigue, and
hyponatremia
·
Grade 1-2 PN occurred in 60% of patients
while grade 3 occurred in only 5%.
