Copy for the Journal is requested in the form of congratulatory messages and/or company logos.
Acceptable formats for copy submission are: Black and white only (BITMAP or GRAYSCALE,
minimum 300 dpi @100% scale). Submissions can be either (1) Computer Disc (Macintosh format in
Quark-X-Press, Illustrator (EPS format), Freehand or Photoshop (TIFF or EPS files). Please include all
screen and printer fonts and images (tiff or eps) and include a laserprint; or (2) came ra-ready artwork. If
artwork contains halftones or screens, it MUST be the correct size; it cannot be reduced or enlarged; or
(3) film negative. MUST be in correct size, no adjustments can be made; or (4) typed or handwritten
copy can be typeset, logos and photos can be scanned. Please provide a layout, clean copy and
logos/photos. Screen requirement - 150 line is best. Pre -printed artwork does not reproduce well.
Provide all artwork in black or dark color ink. Original color photos usually CAN be scanned to black
and white. Tribute Journal is 8-1/2 by 11. Ad sizes should be adjusted accordingly (Note: no bleeds ­
leave 1" border).
Upon our receipt of this completed order form and your check, we will contact you if we have any
questions. Placement will be in the order received. Deadline for submission is September 2, 2002.
