Silent Auction 2011 Conditions of Sale:
1. You must be at least 18 years of age to bid.
2. Your bid(s) will be submitted in proxy. Proxy bids will be made on your behalf, during
the auction on November 5, 2011, in the lowest possible increments until your specified
upper limit of bid is reached
3. If you are the winning bidder, the credit card you have specified will be charged at the
conclusion of bidding on the night of the auction. All sales are final and cannot be
returned to donors for exchange or refund.
4. In the event that two proxy bids tie for the same item, the proxy bidder who submitted
their proxy bid first will win the item.
5. In addition to the winning bid amount, applicable tax and shipping fees will also be
charged to your credit card. Winning bidders will be notified by email of final shipping
costs, which will be charged once shipping rates are confirmed.
6. International Myeloma Foundation warrant neither the quality nor value of items and
services auctioned. All items are sold "as is" and "with all faults or charms." Values
listed are good faith estimates of fair market value.
