Event raises over $500,000 for myeloma research and programs.

With Robin Leach at the helm as Master of Ceremonies and Guest Auctioneer, the IMF's Tenth Anniversary Gala raised over $500,000 for myeloma programs and research. Charles Osgood was the evening's Honoree, and the IMF presented its Quality of Life Award to Werner Osterwalder and John Seaman of Novartis, John Jackson of Celgene, and Herbert Fleisch, with the Courage Award going to Beth Wollmer, for her participation in helping to get Thalidomide into clinical trials. Entertaining the guests were John McDaniel from the Rosie O'Donnell Show, and Marcia Lewis, star of Broadway and the hit musical "Chicago".
