Myeloma Minute Subscription Issues

- Some of you who subscribe to the weekly Myeloma Minute have told us that it comes to you garbled, with lots of extra characters. That is because the Myeloma Minute is sent in HTML format, and your system receives the mail in plain text format.
To help you see the MM as it was sent, use the email we send as a notice that there is a new MM, and go to the Myeloma Minute page on the IMF web site, where the latest issue is posted soon after being sent.
- If you subscribed to the Myeloma Minute and have not been receiving it, the answer may be because the software that we use to send the MM out each week to our over five thousand subscribers sometimes kicks out irregular emails—particularly international emails—and we have to delete them from the system. You can resubscribe using a different email address, or read the Myeloma Minute each week by going to the Myeloma Minute page on the IMF web site, where the latest issue is posted soon after being sent.
