The International Myeloma Foundation (IMF) may ask you for information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you to provide a service or carry out a transaction that you have requested such as receiving IMF publications or e-mail updates, making a donation or registering for a Patient and Family Seminar. The personal information may include your name, e-mail, phone, home address, and credit card information as well as information of your health status (e.g., diagnosis of myeloma, etc.) or the health status of a friend or loved one.
The IMF is committed to protecting the security of your personal and health information as well as maintaining your privacy. Your information is encrypted when transmitted over the Internet. It is stored on computer servers with limited access in controlled facilities. Your personal and health information is never shared without your permission.
