A.C.E. Training Program – Advocates for Cancer policy Education
Your Congressional representatives make decisions each and every day that impact your health. It’s true! Each year the United States Congress determines how much of the federal budget will be dedicated to medical research as well as how patients get treatment for myeloma. To make a difference, you have to make your voice heard. The involvement of myeloma patients and their loved ones—along with doctors, nurses, and researchers—is vital to IMF’s mission of improving the quality of life of myeloma patients while working toward prevention and a cure.
Our new and improved A.C.E. training program is designed for everyone! You can pick from the 3 levels we’ve created depending on your personality and schedule. Learn when to act, what to say, who to contact, why it’s important, and how to go about making a difference. Our team will provide you with the tools and preparation you need to help fight for issues that affect YOU and the myeloma community.
For further information on IMF’s government relations activities and positions, please contact us.
And of course, we value every dime and dollar we receive to support our varied activities. So learn more about how to help the IMF through donations and fundraising.
