WHO IS INVITED: All IMF Support Group Leaders and spouses as well as co-leaders and spouses are invited to participate in this retreat.
COST: The IMF will pay for all meals and hotel rooms beginning with dinner on Friday evening through Brunch on Sunday afternoon.When checking into the conference center, attendees will need to present a credit card for incidentals such as room service, movies and phone calls.
EXTENDED STAY: If attendees wish to extend their stay before or after the conference, PLEASE INDICATE THIS ON YOUR REGISTRATION FORM. DO NOT CALL THE CONFERENCE TO EXTEND YOUR STAY. Instead call the IMF and give us a credit card for your additional night stays. The cost for each additional night is $145 plus meals and tax.
TRANSPORTATION: The nearest major airport servicing the conference center is Raleigh Durham International Airport (RDU) which is about 30 45 minutes driving time from the conference center. The average taxicab ride from the Raleigh Durham International Airport to the R David Thomas Conference Center is $40 - $45 dollars. If you would prefer, you can schedule a pick-up through Coach Transportation Service at 888-575-0996. The cost is $25 (without tip) for the first person and $10 more for each additional person. You must call them in advance to schedule your pick up reservation. If your plans change after making your pick-up reservation, please call Jerry directly to let him know. If you drive, parking at the conference center is free.
