Discounted room rate is only available if reservation is made on or before July 23, 2012 after which, the rate will revert to $199 per night plus tax. When making your hotel reservation, you must say you are attending the IMF Patient & Family Seminar.

There are a limited number of hotel rooms reserved for the IMF at this discounted room rate and rooms are available on a first come, first served basis.  Once the IMF block of rooms has been exhausted, the hotel many not have any more rooms available at this discounted rate even if you call before July 23, 2012, so call early!

Package B is $30
Includes Saturday All-Day Seminar, Breakfast & Lunch and all course materials.

AFTER July 23, 2012:
Package A is $85
Package B is $50
