$129, plus tax if booked 30 days (or more) in advance of the seminar.

IMPORTANT: If you have already registered for the Portland Patient & Family Seminar, or if you plan on registering soon, here is some very good news for you. The IMF is subsidizing your hotel room  at the Embassy Suites for Friday and Saturday night to bring the rate down to $99 per night. This rate applies only to Friday (May 21) and Saturday (May 22), so if you plan on staying over or if you arrive early, the rate of $129 will apply for those nights.

When making your hotel reservation, you must say you are attending the IMF Patient & Family Seminar. There are a limited number of hotel rooms reserved for the IMF at this discounted room rate. Rooms are available on a first come, first served basis. Once the IMF block of rooms has been exhausted, the hotel may not have any more rooms available at this discounted rate.

CHECK-IN/OUT TIME Check in is at 4 pm.
Check-out is at Noon
PARKING

Valet Parking Day Rate is $8 with in and out privileges.
Valet Overnight Parking is $10.

AIRPORTS

(PDX) Portland International Airport
About 20-30 minutes from hotel depending on traffic..

TRANSPORTATION
FROM/TO AIRPORT

Taxis typically run about $35-40 plus tip.
Blue Star Shuttle is about $14 per person each way.
MAX Light Rail Red Line is $2.30 and stops 2 blocks from the hotel.

SEMINAR COSTS: $60 for Package A: Includes Friday Half-Day Seminar, Welcome Cocktail Reception and Dinner, and Saturday All-Day Seminar plus Breakfast and Lunch, and all course materials

$30 for Package B: Saturday All-Day Seminar, Breakfast and Lunch, and all course materials. (No Friday Welcome Dinner)
