2009 Walk of Hope in Honor of Joe Dutton
Sunday, September 27, 2009
Sun, Sep 27, 2009

Where:
Beaver Island State Park
Grand Island, NY

The Walk of Hope was started in mother's name in 2003; the proceeds were donated to a local charity. In 2008, my brother-in-law, Joe Dutton was diagnosed with Myloma. Wanting to help, we decided that all proceeds from the Walk of Hope would be donated to finding a cure for Myloma. We have made a promise that this walk will continue until a cure is found. It's a great family-oriented experience. We have a live band, Crash Cadillac, large basket raffle, silent auction, face painting, and a barbeque cooked by the some of the best barbequers in WNY (our cousins!). Last year we donated $9,000 and this year we hope to top that.

On behalf of our family, we would like to extend an invite for a day of fun to help make a difference for all who have been affected by this disease.
