2nd Annual Red House Carnival
All are welcome to “The Red House Carnival!” Your admission ticket ($40 for individuals, $70 for a team) will enter you into a water pong tournament - which will be played with water due to blue laws - and allow you to enjoy great craft beer and delicious food. There will also be carnival games offered. So partner with a friend, make your team name as punny as possible, and let’s raise a cold one for the myeloma community!

Many Blooms of Life
The “Many Blooms of Life” was the second quilt I ever made. I didn’t begin quilting until November 2010 while going through my third stem cell transplant – allo (donated stem cells from my sister Kelley). A little over four years later with more than 30 quilts under my needle, it only felt right to donate and raffle my “Many Blooms of Life” quilt and raise money for the International Myeloma Foundation (IMF). IMF has diligently helped so many survivors, families and caregivers who are living with multiple myeloma. Join me and my Multiple Myeloma Support Group Team raise money by purchasing a $5.00 raffle ticket for the “Many Blooms of Life” quilt.

Mambo for Myeloma
After the success of the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge, some very special myeloma patients and supporters got together to create a fun campaign designed around myeloma awareness. The goal was to make myeloma more well known around the globe, bringing communities together to fight for a cure. The #MamboforMyeloma initiative asks patients, caregivers, doctors, friends, family members, and groups to film themselves dancing and share a donation link for the cause. You don’t have to be an amazing dancer; the spirit is what is important. With #MamboforMyeloma, myeloma patients have the power to be seen and heard, initiating change and sharing their stories. The IMF supports #MamboforMyeloma and encourages you to share your photos and videos, as well as to donate here.
Zach's Bar Mitzvah Project
Zach is being Bar Mitzvahed on 2/21/15 and as part of his Bar Mitzvah, he is required to do a "Mitzvah Project." After discussing his many options, Zach chose to do a fund raiser to benefit the International Myeloma Foundation. He will be collecting recyclables and donate the money to aid in the research for people suffering with Multiple Myeloma; he is doing this in my honor.

If you prefer, or in addition to collecting recyclables, you may make a donation to support Zach’s project in support of the IMF and their wonderful work by clicking HERE. The project will end on 2/20/2015, so we only have eight weeks to make an impact.

VETERANS AGAINST MYELOMA (VAM)
Our combined efforts to continue our service through the Veterans Against Myeloma cause can help research and help us win the battle by finding a cure.
Bicycle Mojave...and Beyond!!!
Andy Sninsky keeps his bicycle wheels rolling to raise awareness of multiple myeloma. He is now in Northern California riding for himself as well as all blood cancer patients. September is blood cancer awareness month and I could not think of a more fun way to meet people and inform them of our situation.

You can follow my links and read about my current journey and donate to this good cause.

How to Host an Afternoon Tea
Here’s an elegant way to build awareness about myeloma and raise money in your community. It's easy, it's fun, and the International Myeloma Foundation helps you all along the way.
Living With Cancer as "A New Normal"
A Journey with Cancer through the Eyes of a Caregiver

This guide to creating a "new normal" was developed by Dianna Mitchell Marston and her family to meet their own needs when her husband, Nathan, was diagnosed with myeloma.
