CancerCare, Inc. to Host Free Teleconference on Peripheral Neuropathy

Peripheral neuropathy, characterized by weakness, numbness, tingling and pain in the hands and feet, is a common complaint among myeloma patients. This teleconference will address pain characteristics, assessment of neuropathy treatment, impact on patient quality-of-life and doctor/patient communication. This teleconference is free, but participants must pre-register by calling CancerCare at (800) 813-HOPE or (212) 712-8080. You may also register online at www.cancercare.org. Once you have registered, you will receive an information packet that will include instructions on how to dial-in and participate in the call.
