Help Save an Important Resource for Medicare Beneficiaries!

Earlier this month the Senate Appropriations Committee approved the Department of Health and Human Services Spending bill, which eliminated the State Health Insurance Assistance Programs (SHIP). The SHIP programs help Medicare beneficiaries and their caregivers navigate Medicare benefits. Elimination of SHIP would leave millions of beneficiaries with nowhere to turn for help comparing coverage options, appealing denials, applying for financial assistance, and understanding an increasingly complex Medicare system. Send your Representative and Senators a message asking them to defend this important resource by clicking HERE.
