Cooking For A Cure - A cookbook to support the International Myeloma Foundation. This book was created by Marilyn Alexander of the Philadelphia Multiple Myeloma Networking Group, with the help of hundreds of IMFers from around the world who contributed delicious recipes. From appetizers, dips and beverages to entrees and desserts, Cooking For A Cure has something for everyone. Don't forget: The holidays are coming, and cookbooks make great gifts!

Living with Myeloma: Survivor Stories - This book has been written by members of the Los Angeles Area Multiple Myeloma Support Group as a project of the Circle of Friends. The book contains the stories of 22 MM patients and their journeys through diagnosis and treatment. Their stories are highly varied, as are their symptoms and treatments -but all are filled with hope and inspiration. Proceeds from the book will benefit the IMF's Brian D. Novis Research Grant Program.

Myeloma Support Groups...

Support groups are a great resource for myeloma patients, their caregivers, family and friends. The IMF works with a network of more than 60 multiple myeloma support groups around the world. To find the group closest to you, please visit the support group page.

You may also be interested in the IMF's online support group, an email network of more than 1,500 members from around the world.

We also maintain a Patient-to-Patient Directory. The IMF's Patient-to-Patient Directory (P-to-P) is a world-wide network of myeloma patients, family members and caregivers who are interested in speaking with fellow patients and their families. The P-to-P is especially helpful if you live in an area that does not yet have a multiple myeloma support group!
