PX-171-009 – Phase III study comparing carfilzomib, lenalidomide, and dexamethasone (CRd) vs lenalidomide and dexamethasone (Rd) in subjects with relapsed multiple myeloma (US)
Eligibility criteria and sites that are open and accruing patients in the US.
08.12.10

Major Eligibility Criteria:

  • Patients must have had at least one but not more than three prior regimens for multiple myeloma
  • Patients must have achieved a response to at least one prior regimen
  • If prior bortezomib (Velcade), may not have progressed on treatment
  • If prior len/dex, may not have progressed during the first three months of initiating treatment, and may not have progressed on this treatment at all if it was the most recent treatment
  • No prior discontinuation of len/dex because of intolerance to the regimen
