Green Tea Blocks Benefits Of Cancer Drug
Researchers at the University of Southern California thought that adding a component of green tea extract (GTE) called EGCG would enhance the anti-tumor effects of VELCADE®, but they found that the opposite was true. EGCG destroyed any anticancer activity of VELCADE in tumor-bearing mice.
