Sydney 2005: Inhibition of MM Cell Proliferation & Increase of Apoptosis thru Reg. of NF-kB & JNK...
By Haiming Chen, MD
Dr. Chen finished presented a discussion of members of the tumor necrosis factor receptor-associated factor (TRAF) family. TRAFs are adapter proteins that link to the cell surface. TRAFs have been found to regulate signal transduction pathway. Future studies on the effects of TRAFs may provide important clues about MM cell growth, death, and may lead to future clinical applications of novel therapeutic strategy.
